ACCOMMODATION
Usually it is quite easy to find a place to live when you are studying at HAMK. All HAMK campuses are located in small to medium sized cities, so wherever your housing is located you are never far away from your classroom. Please pay attention in which campus your programme is taking place.
Whenever it is a 'student housing foundation/organisation' that provides accommodation, the rent would include all housing related services, such as electricity, water and internet connection.
Monthly rent can range from 140-250€/EUR for a room in a shared flat and all the way to 790,00€ for a three-room flat.
Apartments from private sector:
Can be found via local housing agencies. Notice that normally in private sector, you should take care of all agreements (i.e. electricity, insurance, internet) by yourself. Also the apartments are normally unfurnished, so it is good to be prepared to buy the furniture on arrival to your new apartment.
For more information about different accommodation options please see here.
