Entry qualification

Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from a research university. Your degree should include: - Statistics and Data Analysis (at least 15 EC, i.e. 420 study hours) and the statistical package SPSS. - Methods of psychological research (at least 20 EC, i.e. 560 study hours). - Social Psychology and Work/ Organisational/ Occupational Psychology at a Bachelor’s level (at least 30 EC, i.e. 840 study hours). - At least one empirical research project with substantial quantitative data and statistical analyses that resulted in an individually written report in APA-style. Please use this form to justify how your Bachelor’s courses meet the requirements regarding Statistics and Data Analysis (>15 EC), Methods of psychological research (>20 EC), and Social Psychology and Work/ Organisational/ Occupational Psychology (>30 EC). The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / German / Dutch. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Programme structure

The study programme includes a coherent and balanced curriculum. The design of the programme is based on the scientist-practitioner model. You learn to base your own professional practice on current theoretical insights and you will develop a critical scientific attitude that will be of great value in actual practice. You will master the most important advisory skills and learn to apply acquired knowledge to a practical situation. The study load of this programme is 60 EC. After completing the programme you will be Master of Science in Psychology.

You will be able to focus on a job in both the profit sector (in commercial companies and agencies) and the non-profit sector (government organisations, educational institutions and the healthcare sector). Most graduates end up working in positions that deal with one of the following, for example:
