This clinically focused Advancing Physiotherapy Practice course will
develop your knowledge and skills in assessment, clinical reasoning
and treatment, in the core areas of physiotherapy practice.
The course aims to produce therapists who have strong clinical and
communication skills, who can also influence practice and service
delivery, working in line with government initiatives.
The course has been designed to meet the needs
of physiotherapy graduates through a flexible modular structure,
enabling you to suit your professional needs. The course is
organised as a series of mandatory modules each carrying a certain
amount of credits. The course requires students to complete a
postgraduate certificate (60 credits) and postgraduate diploma in
Advancing Physiotherapy Practice (120 credits) and go on to complete a
research dissertation to achieve the MSc (180 credits).
