The direct way to continuing, supplementary education for IT-technologists, electronics technologists, electricians, energy technologists and production technologists.

Are you passionate about technological integration and production development – and can you see yourself building bridges between the technological, creative and commercial parts of a development process? If so, the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Product Development and Integrative Technology is just the thing for you.

This programme will give you the skills required to integrate different technologies and forms of know-how in connection with the development of technological systems and products. You will acquire know-how and tools that will turn you into a competent and creative product developer who understands how to apply specialised know-how using a multi-disciplinary approach.

The programme combines product development and technological integration with a line of specialisation that builds on your business academy degree.

We offer three lines of specialisation:

1. IT and electronics – specialisation for IT Network and Electronic technologists
2. Product development, design and production – specialisation for production technologists

3. Installation, automation and energy – specialisation for electricians, automation technologists and energy technologists.

Depending on your work experience record, you might be allowed to choose a different line of specialisation than what your business academy degree gives you immediate access to. This is subject to individual assessment.

Career opportunities

You would typically act as liaison between the various specialist disciplines in connection with complex IT and network solutions, electronic and technical data systems, complex building and production industry installations, optimisation and operation of automated systems, design and construction of industrial products, optimisation and operation of production systems, to name but a few.
