A member of the UK Russell Group of leading research institutions, they have shaped leading minds across the world, including five Nobel Prize winners. At Sheffield you’ll be taught by inspirational researchers and be able to experience the internationally recognised work they do first hand.
But what does that mean for you? Because their research shapes what they teach, it means you'll learn about the latest insights in your field. You'll work alongside experts who are passionate about their subject, who will give you the extra push you need to realise your full potential.
They are one university, with one goal: to deliver even more for their students, staff and partners. That's why they were voted No. 1 in the Times Higher Education Student Experience Awards, 2014-15.
This amazing accolade further strengthens the University's position as an internationally renowned institution not only for academic excellence but also student experience.
