Other requirements | At least 1 reference(s) should be provided. A motivation letter must be added to your application. A relevant portfolio is required. The portfolio should consist of an overview of your recent, relevant work, no older than 4 years. It should give insight to the process of your work, for example by including sketches. There is no set format for the portfolio, and no maximum amount of works to be included, although a minimum of 20 works is a firm guideline. It is advisable that the portfolio shows diversity and preferably different mediums. The photographs in the portfolio should give a clear representation of the original artworks and be accompanied by relevant information such as title, date, used materials and dimensions. The digital portfolio must be in PDF format with a maximum size of 20 MB. Videos may be included with a (series of) still picture(s) and a link to an online video service, such as Vimeo or Youtube. The digital portfolio must include: 1. artwork The physical portfolio you bring to the portfolio interview should contain the original work, no reproductions. After application you will get access to the Osiris Apply Minerva where you will be asked to upload the following: - your portfolio (below you will find guidelines for the portfolio) - your made home assignment (the assignment can be found in Osiris Apply Minerva) - your motivation You will also receive an invitation for the Entrance Exam. During the Entrance Exam, an Admissions Committee composed of at least 2 teachers and a student will assess your artistic talent. Based on the various admission assignments that you made and your portfolio, the Admissions Committee will have an interview with you. We will discuss also your motives for coming to apply for our study programme and your interest in visual art. - We advise you to make sure you have an authenticated birth certificate ready, as you may also need it for formalities upon arrival in Holland. !NB If you haven’t yet obtained the diploma/certificate giving access to the bachelor programme of your choice, you must send us an enrollment statement (in English) from your school, where the name of the diploma and the expected date of graduation is stated. |

Career opportunities
In your fourth year you prepare for you graduation. You write a final paper (research paper) and a thesis. You are also part of a joint exhibition showing your work as well as that of your fellow students.
