Entry qualification

Undergraduate diploma (or higher) You will need: - an honours degree (minimum 2:2) in any subject - to be able to demonstrate a keen and informed interest in HRM. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.

Language requirements	English IELTS: 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill) CAE: 176 (with a minimum of 162 in each skill)

Other requirements

At least 2 reference(s) must be provided. The reference should be on letterhead paper and preferably typewritten. A motivation letter must be added to your application. Applicants to the course should pay especially close attention to the personal statement which forms part of the application form. You should show why you are interested in managing people or specialist human resource management and explain why you believe you are suited to a career in this area. You will be invited to attend an open morning (usually in July) to answer any questions you have, and to give you comprehensive information about the course and what it involves.
