From a 5* hotel in London to the local pub to a Caribbean resort, weddings and conferences to restaurants and contract catering – our Hotel Management degree can take you all over the world.
The two-year accelerated Hotel Management degree is a one of a kind course in the UK. The course combines hotel experience in Wivenhoe House, a 4* country house hotel on Essex’s Colchester campus, and industry knowledge to develop the specialist skills required of future hospitality managers.
This is a two-year intensive course involving around 45 weeks of study per year with around six weeks of annual holiday which will enable you to fast-track to your career.
