Overview

If you see yourself as a future events promoter, then the BA (Hons) in Event Management will not only teach you all you need for a successful career in the live music and creative industries, but will also ensure that you connect with the best people in the business to turn that career ambition into a reality.

The course will cover the complex and detailed structure of the contemporary events industry, and will equip you with a comprehensive list of business and management skills across a diverse range of potential career paths.

Your day-to-day learning will be unique, relevant and cutting-edge, and will be delivered by well-connected tutors who are all still active in the highest levels of the modern events industry.

Career opportunities

Graduates can progress directly to employment in the music events industry in areas such as live music, event promotion, and the organisation of sporting and corporate events, music and cultural festivals, and weddings. Alternatively, they can continue their study with a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning & Teaching at BIMM Brighton or a Masters Degree.
