| Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) At least a Bachelor degree or postgraduate diploma from a UK university or equivalent. The degree must be in a relevant subject You will normally need a Honours degree in Chemical Engineering or Bioscience (including Biochemistry and Microbiology) or related disciplines. Applications are also invited from Honours degree graduates in Food Science/Technology and Environmental Science as well as Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering and other science disciplines such as Chemistry The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Programme structure
This programme has developed an excellent reputation since its inception in 1956. Its purpose is to provide advanced training to civil engineers and geologists who wish to widen their knowledge or to specialise in the field of geotechnical engineering. The programme includes lectures, design studies, laboratory classes, site visits and individual projects. In addition, external lectures are provided by experts and leaders from industry.
