We advise you to make sure you have an authenticated birth certificate ready, as you may also need it for formalities upon arrival in Holland. |

Career opportunities
If you have specialised in Applied Chemistry, you may practice one of the following professions: researcher, production development analyst, head of a laboratory, commercial assistant, spokesperson for a company or government or quality controller in a laboratory at companies such as DOW, GEP, SGS-Ecocare, Unilever, Akzo Nobel, Food Inspection Departments, government institutes or universities.
If you have specialised in Life Sciences, your career may start as a ‘junior researcher’ or ‘research technician’ in a (bio)medical laboratory doing research into all kinds of diseases, or you can do research in a multinational food industry, in a company or at a research institute (ecological diversity of plants/animals).
