Entry qualification

Undergraduate diploma (or higher) We normally require an honours degree of 2.2 or above in a built environment subject, or if in a different subject, with built environment experience. We can consider applicants who do not meet the normal entry requirement, but who do have relevant professional experience or qualifications. In your application, you should describe in detail your professional experience and qualifications. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.

Language requirements	English Accepted proof of proficiency: FCE, CAE or CPE, IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 90+ IELTS: 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill) CAE: 176 (with a minimum of 162 in each skill)

Other requirements	At least 2 reference(s) must be provided. The reference should be on letterhead paper and preferably typewritten. A motivation letter must be added to your application.
