Career opportunities

The students spend around 50% of the teaching time in laboratories and practical exercises and are thus prepared for the practical application of the theoretical knowledge they have acquired. In addition, close cooperation with local industry enables our students to gain hands-on experience as part of their project work and the mandatory internship .

Students are also invited to participate in the FH’s R&D activities in the form of student projects or as research assistants. Electrical storage systems, PV systems, e-mobility, power electronics, high-voltage and high-current technology, switchgear and lightning protection are some examples of the areas that are of particular interest.
