Entry qualification

Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Applicants should hold a honours degree at 2:2 or equivalent. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.

The design of the course is aimed at helping you select and focus on specific specialist areas of HRM or HRD, depending on your career specific aspirations within the human resources field. Our Master’s course provides excellent opportunities to progress your career as a Human Resource Manager, Head of Human Resources, Personnel Manager or Performance Consultant. The CIPD*qualification is required for nearly all UK-based HR jobs and you upon successful graduation you will gain the knowledge required at advanced level for CIPD membership, which can lead to professional membership at associate, chartered member or fellow levels (see the accreditations section of this webpage for further details).
