The course provides you with detailed specialist knowledge and skills in areas including:
site appraisal and design
valuation
portfolio management
investment appraisal
finance
sustainability
planning and development consultancy
management of the development process.
You will also develop core surveying competencies in areas such as:
business planning

Year One – An introduction to skills for practice
The modules in Year One are shared with BSc (Hons) Real Estate, BSc (Hons) Planning and Development and BSc (Hons) Building Surveying. This enables you to build a foundation in the core competencies and subjects across all property and surveying disciplines.
