Programme structure

Your course in brief

Year 1

Students are introduced to construction technology, law surrounding real estate, and surveying skills. This year includes two student projects.

Year 2

This year includes guest speakers, site visits and live projects to enhance the student’s knowledge of real estate economics, property asset management and urban planning and city development.

Year 3

You have the option to undertake a professional placement to take the skills you have learned in the previous modules and put them into practice. Alternatively you can study a year abroad at one of our partner institutions.

Year 4

Students apply knowledge and skills developed in the previous years to undertake a Dissertation within a related area of their choice. You will also study corporate real estate management and real estate investment and finance
