Programme structure
Your course in brief
Year 1
Year one will introduce the basic principles of construction technology, surveying and costs evaluation. Students also undertake a group and individual project.
Year 2
This year studies the technology used in quantity surveying, as well as law and management practice.
Year 3
You will go out on industrial placement to put the skills you have learned in the previous modules into professional practice
Year 4
Students consolidate their learning, culminating in the completion of coursework, exams and a live group project.
