What will I study?
Our skills-focused modules have been specially designed to develop your:
analytical
evaluative
reasoning
communication
problem-solving abilities.
During the course you will complete each of the Foundation modules as required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board and select subjects from a range of optional law modules. Students are also required to undertake an independent legal research project, enabling you to tailor your degree to your particular interests and career aspirations.
There is significant emphasis upon career planning and ensuring that our graduates are attractive to a range of potential future employers. Modules are focused upon the application of law to real-life situations and reflect current legal issues.

If you complete your LLB with us and gain a 2.2 or above we will guarantee you a place on our excellent Legal Practice Course for intending solicitors. If you are interested in a career as a barrister there is the also the opportunity to progress on to our highly-regarded Bar Professional Training Course.
