Biomechanics and Technology in Strength and Conditioning (15 credits)
Academic English for Postgraduates (Science)
Sports Nutrition and Supplements in Strength and Conditioning (15 credits)
Research Methods and Professional Practice in Strength and Conditioning (15 credits)
Applied Strength and Conditioning (30 credits)
Sports Specific Strength and Conditioning (15 credits)
Strength and Conditioning Research Project (60 credits)
Applied Functional Training for Health, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation (15 credits)
Physiology and Metabolism for Strength and Conditioning (15 credits)

Career opportunities

Graduates can pursue opportunities in the sports performance and coaching field, or gain positions as head strength coach, assistant strength coach, strength coach, sports nutrition advisors. They can also gain roles in the health and fitness industry (advanced programmes and services); performance diagnostics-oriented companies, institutions and laboratories; manufacturers of devices, equipment for training, and testing as well as sports nutrition supplements design; oriented research institutions; public authorities; consulting and self-employed businesses; health-care companies and institutions.
