Programme structure
Responsible Leadership and Development (15 credits)
Acquire and develop the necessary skills to manage your own career and become a responsible leader. Explore and critically evaluate current theories of leadership and how these can be applied in practice.
Scholarship in Business (30 credits)
This course develops your abilities of academic practice and research. You will learn to analyse trends and changes in the business environment and gain the necessary tools to interpret and exploit change.
Strategy and Business Decision Making (30 credits)
You will be equipped with the core concepts, frameworks and techniques of strategic management, enabling you to make better decisions.
Integrated Operations Management (30 credits)
This course provides you with concepts, techniques and tools to design, analyse, and improve operations in both goods production and service offering, so you can efficiently and effectively deliver value to customers.
Financial Management (15 credits)
Gain the skills and knowledge to take a leading role in promoting both effective and ethical practice in an organisation’s financial management.
Creative Problem Solving and Consultancy Project (15 credits)
Explore and evaluate the practical application of business concepts through the experience of working as a member of a consultancy team to investigate and recommend solutions to a live business brief.
Business Project (45 credits)
This course is a key element in Master’s study. You will build on previous experience, developing practical and theoretical skills and the ability to relate theoretical constructs to business problems.
