Programme structure
MA Fashion Marketing and Branding at Winchester School of Art is designed to balance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to succeed in marketing roles in international based fashion and textile brands.
This MA pathway will explore the specific marketing challenges and opportunities that exist within the world of fashion and its supporting textiles industries. The global nature of the Fashion industry, coupled with rapid advances in communication and digital technologies, have changed the nature of how we view the world of fashion and how consumers’ tastes develop. In this context, the world of Fashion demands a focused and knowledge based approach to marketing.
You will critically analyse your ideas in relation to contemporary issues and theories of fashion and textile marketing from a local and global perspective. You will have the opportunity to develop the critical thinking and skills required for a successful career in Fashion & Textile Marketing, enabling you to respond positively to the changing demands of clients and consumers.
