Students are required to study the following compulsory courses.

Contract Practice and Administration (30 credits)
Quantity Surveying Skills 2 (30 credits)
Basic Measurement (15 credits)
Advanced Measurement and Bill Production (15 credits)
Sustainable Construction (30 credits)

Year 3
Students are required to study the following compulsory courses.

Construction Economics (30 credits)
Project and Risk Management (30 credits)
Quantity Surveying Skills 3 (15 credits)
Construction Legislation (15 credits)
Project (30 credits)

Career opportunities
