Career opportunities
The programme provides a sound academic education in law. It combines the acquisition of knowledge of substantive law with the development of wider transferable skills. Wherever possible, it seeks to place law in the wider context of social, political, moral and economic issues.
As a qualifying law degree, it will form an essential part of your training if you wish to become a barrister or solicitor. It will also enable you to gain jobs in a variety of other areas of employment, such as the City, financial services, business management or the criminal justice system.
