Knowledge manager: knowledge identification, development, distribution, storage and use in organizations; Formulation of knowledge goals and knowledge assessment; Design of change management processes
Community Manager or Customer Relationship Manager: Conception, implementation, support and evaluation of the appearances of organizations in social networks and communication with customers
Web project manager and project manager online communication: Conception, introduction and evaluation of internet and intranet solutions using common web technologies, standards and usability guidelines
